At Miss Match Group Inc., we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
